Whey Protein Concentrate 80% is in the form of a free flowing, homogeneous powder, cream to yellow in color, with no foreign odor or taste. WPC is not flavored, so any flavor or aroma can be added to it. It is extracted during the production of sweet whey through a sophisticated ultrafiltration process at very low temperatures. This processing reduces a certain amount of non-protein components to produce a product with a minimum protein content of 80%.
